Gas Supply Agreements (GSAs) and Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) form the backbone of contractual relationships in natural gas commercialisation and electricity generation. These long-term contracts determine risk allocation, pricing structures, supply security, investment attractiveness, and long-range market stability.
