Co-Founder and Director

Peter Cameron is the Co-Founder and Director of Oxford Knowledge, a UK-based international corporate executive training company. He is also the Founder and Managing Director of Energy Markets Global, a UK-based international energy markets consultancy, and serves as a tutor in Business Strategy for Middlesex University’s Oil and Gas MBA program in the United Kingdom.

Peter leads the energy sector training programmes for Oxford Knowledge and shapes the company’s growth strategy. He delivers training in economic, strategic, commercial, regulatory, and policy subjects to senior executives and officials from major energy companies, corporations, and government agencies. Over a period spanning more than 25 years, he has conducted nearly 100 distinct programmes for over 50 international clients.

In addition to his training roles, Peter advises governments, government agencies, and private sector entities. He is recognized as an economic, commercial, and regulatory expert in downstream energy sectors, with particular expertise in natural gas and LNG, and as a regulatory economist experienced in liberalising and emerging markets.

Mr. Arindam Ghosh is a Partner in the Government & Public Sector Advisory (Power) practice at Nangia Global, a leading India headquartered professional services and consulting firm. A management consultant by background with a foundation in electrical engineering, he has spent three decades working in the energy sector across strategy, technology and regulatory advisory roles, with a strong track record in analytical, presentation and stakeholder engagement work.

Arindam leads performance-improvement and digital transformation engagements for power sector utilities and government departments, with particular depth in applying information technology and best practice to reduce commercial losses and strengthen business processes in metering, billing and collections. He has led the design of bespoke solutions including revenue-assurance systems to control power theft, forensic-analytics targeting tools, multi-buyer/multi-seller energy billing platforms, and automated metering solutions for smart grids and has been involved in nearly every major power sector reform programme undertaken in India.

He has extensive experience delivering projects funded by major multilateral and bilateral agencies, including the World Bank, USAID, GIZ and DFID, and is well versed in their procurement and delivery processes. Internationally, he has advised the Ceylon Electricity Board (Sri Lanka) on IT strategy and ERP/CIS procurement, and developed the IT strategy for DABS, the national power utility of Afghanistan, including hands-on capacity-building support for its ERP and billing-system rollout alongside developing India’s first Energy Billing Centre in Odisha, later replicated in Andhra Pradesh.

Dr Sunday Kanshio is a Clean Cooking and Market Development Expert and Managing Partner at Fleissen & Company / Energy Markets Global, with close to two decades of experience across Nigeria’s oil, gas and clean energy sectors. He holds a PhD in Energy (Oil and Gas) and an MSc in Process Systems Engineering from Cranfield University, UK, an Executive MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology, USA, and a BEng (Hons) in Chemical Engineering from the Federal University of Technology, Yola. He is a Registered Engineer with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN).

Sunday specialises in downstream gas and clean cooking market development, gas flare commercialisation, and hydrocarbon measurement and revenue-loss analysis. He has led high-profile technical and commercial studies including a Gas Flare Commercialisation bid under the Nigerian Gas Flare Commercialisation Programme (NGFCP), an EU Global Technical Assistance Facility study on sustainable energy and clean cooking fuel demand forecasting, and a landmark DFID/Oxford Policy Management-funded study on hydrocarbon measurement and accounting practices across Nigeria’s oil and gas industry.

His project track record spans government, multilateral and private-sector clients including the Federal Ministry of Science and Technology, Addax Petroleum, Stantec, and Trobell International Nigeria covering LPG and Autogas business development, methanol value chain mapping, flare gas revenue recovery, and crude oil/revenue loss investigations. He has worked across Nigeria, Angola and the United Kingdom, and is fluent in English with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
