Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Oxford Knowledge, we understand that plans can change. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds related to our training programmes.
1. Cancellation by the Delegate:
• More than 30 days before the course start date: – Full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee.
• 15–30 days before the course start date: -50% refund of the course fee.
• 14 days or less before the course start date: – No refund available.
2. Substitutions: You may nominate a substitute delegate at no additional charge up to 5 days before the course begins.
3. Cancellation by Oxford Knowledge: If we cancel or reschedule a course:
• You will receive a full refund, or You may choose to transfer your enrolment to a future course date at no extra cost.
4. Non-attendance/No-Shows: Failure to attend without prior written notice will qualify as a “No-Show” resulting in the full course fee being forfeited.
5. Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
